VISITING THE MUSEUM
The Franciscan complex was built by the Franciscan Minor Conventual Franciscans, who arrived in Cassine around 1232; today, after careful restoration, it consists of a Chapter House, with a cycle of frescoes on the walls dating back to the mid-14th century and some wooden reliquaries; a sacristy, also with paintings and furnishings; and a small picture gallery.
